16 Apr Nippers Report 22/23 Season
Nippers has now concluded for the season. The Nippers all completed their education component and were able enjoy learning new skills on the beach and in the ocean. The weather was kind to us and we were able to complete the whole program with little interruptions.The local carnivals were a huge success and it was great to see some of the younger age groups come along and participate. There was 20 competitor that headed to Country championships in Forster at the end of January.We held the annual AGM were we have had some new faces put there hands up to take on the main roles. More details will be sent out after these positions have been authorised at the surf and beach committee. The presentation was held after and as usual everyone had a nice afternoon and the young nippers were excited to get their awards. The names and details will be sent out in the annual report.The nippers committee would like to take this opportunity to thank all the volunteers and congratulate everyone on another successful season.
