GYM PRE SEASON TRAINING IN FULL SWING

Members have been busy in the club gym working on core strength and conditioning.
A big thank you to Mark and Zippy for leading these sessions. A number of athletes have made significant gains already.
The club’s Surf Sports team has now been training for 18 weeks and the build-up to the Summer of Surf carnival at Woolgoolga on the 29th of October is looking good.
The Surf Sports group is at Park Beach from 7:30am in the gym on Saturday morning and then they hit the surf for iron training from 8am.
Anyone who is financial and proficient interested is welcome to join in.
